The development of modern measuring- and analysing systems conclusively contributes to the efficiency of ARNOLD machinery. Thanks to our tools, you achieve highest work piece quality and reproducibility.

 

Highlight in this segment is the unique Arnold-Remote-Production-Analysis-Tool "ARPAT" which enables transparent production flows as well as a continuous improvement of production quality and cost-efficiency by the so-called „Closed Loop“ process optimization.

 

By means of the corrected production- and process data, the collection of data starts again. Hereby the process control loop closes and the continued improvement of the cost-efficiency by means of the closed loop process optimization begins again.

 

Intuitive Operator’s guidance

An intuitive operator’s guidance enables a quick navigation through all plant levels. All important and machine specific data for components and processes are made available at any time at all work stations.
