Item number: VV1-00036
The machine consists of a solid, electrically welded machine housing. A two-spar guide bed with solid machine base is installed at the right side. The drive of the working spindles which run on ball bearings is effected by steplessly variable D.C. motor.
An immediate locking of the working spindles after having switched-off the machine can be achieved by means of an electro-magnetic brake which can either be switched-on or switched-off. Thus the operation of three-jaw ring chucks is facilitated.
When switching-on the machine, the brake releases automatically.
The feeding of the glass parts to be worked is carried out manually. The whole operational cycle is effected fully automatic according to the designed input programs.
