Contrary to the conventional principle, here the workpieceis fed stationary into a roller rest and the cutting segment can be moved over the complete machine length.

Mechanical construction:
The roller rest for acceptance of workpieces, which is located on the machine bed, is equipped with PUR-coated rollers. The roll segments are logarithmic arranged.

The actual cutting segment is swivelling mounted on a traverse and guided in ball bushings at the machine bed. Submerging the work piece is made in standard manually. A motoric advance is optionally available for this.

In the working area of the operator a splash protection made from plexiglass is placed movable that is avoiding additionally the engagement into the working area.
