Technical data Besides the classic materials like glass,

quartz glass, porcelain and ceramic, also stones,

semiprecisious stones, precisious stones, Al-oxyds,

graphite, synthetic materials etc. can also be cut by use of

corresponding special diamond cutting discs.

The machine is designed for use of diamond cutting discs

with a diameter of 150 mm.

Cutting table with a limit stop is made of corrosion- proof

light metal, runs in closed ball bushings on hardened,

ground and hard chrome plated guiding shafts.

The cutting table is equipped with an automatic, steplessly

adjustable advance drive and can also be moved manually

via a hand wheel and disengaged.

Machine construction:

1.1 Machine base

consists of a cast aluminium bed, the mounting areas are

machined.

1.2 Cutting unit

consists of machined cast aluminium, it can be swivelled

and clamped into the working area by means of a hand

cutting unit.

1.3 Cutting table

1.4 Cooling water

The machine is designed for a connection at customer's

existing cooling water system resp. for the direct

connection at a water supply.

The quantity of the cooling water can be adjusted via a

valve mounted at the protection of the cutting discs.

The cooling water is supplied to the cutting disc via flexibly

adjustable hoses.
