ARNOLD Universal-Cutting-Saw

 

For cutting glass, quartz glass,

porcelaine, ceramics and similar

materials.

 

Frame:

The complete machine base is made of a

welded stainless steel construction. All

mounting areas are machined.

 

Cutting aggregate:

All mounting areas are machined, too. The

optimal cutting speed for the various diamond

cutting discs can be selected by means of a

three-step V-belt pulley.

 

Spindle speed:

I 926 U/min

II 1390 U/min

III 2085 U/min

 

Machine is suitable for diamond-cutting discs

250 – 300 mm diameter.

 

Cutting table:

The cutting table consists of a aluminium plate,

which is hard coated for protection against

corrosion. The cutting table runs on closed ball

bearings which guarantees a very accurate,

sensitive travel.

As an option the travel can be executed

automatically by means of a DC motor and

threaded Spindle (Cat.-no.: 72/110).

 

Water cascade & Splash Guards:

For an easy exchange of water, the water clearing

vessel made of stainless steel can be taken out of

the machine base from the side. Furthermore the

machine has on each side a water collecting plate,

which are collecting and re-guiding the splash-water

into the machine base.

 

Max. free cutting depth with disc- Ø

250 mm = 65 mm

300 mm = 90 mm

 

By rotating the workpiece even bigger

diameters can be cut.

Moving distance max.: 170 mm

Moving distance can be limited by stops.

The angular stop is adjustable by 45°. A scale with

5° divisions is incorporated.

Guide shafts and all other parts subject to corrosion

are made of stainless steel or other corrosion

resistant material resp. lacquered.

Three-phase current 230/400 Volt, 50 Hz

- 1 pce. water pump with water clearing vessel

made of stainless steel, located in the machine

base, can be taken out from the side
