Registration of block quality via IR- /Lifetime and 3D-measurement: construction of cropping-templates through a conflation of the measurement data and derivation of the optimal cropping suggestion. The measurements are visualised of a central HMI and can be influenced manually. This way a continuous optimisation of the measurement method is guaranteed.

Result: less Si-losses through the optimal positioning of the block within the cropping-saw.
